SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Shipping Policy: Please make sure to double check that your shipping address is correct. If something is incorrect on your shipping address, we are not responsible for the package and will not be issuing a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for the package being delivered to the wrong address. All sales are final.

If you have issues with receiving your package, you can contact the shipping courier with the tracking number emailed to you and receive their assistance. Once the package is in transit, we cannot offer further help, only the shipping courier can.

Processing takes between 1-3 days and shipping takes between 2-5 days for all orders in the US.

 

Refund Policy: Please understand that items are made with care, therefore no refunds or exchanges are allowed. When placing an order please make sure the correct product has been selected and the correct information has been filled out. We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly. All sales are final.
